The Parliamentary Representative of the Roseau Central in Dominica, Melissa Skerrit, congratulated Adicia Burton for securing the crown of Miss Dominica 2023 which was held on Thursday, February 16, 2023. Melissa Skerrit felt delighted and said, "Adicia, you did it again!"

Dominica: Adicia Burton from the Kalinago territory became the winner of the Miss Dominica 2023 Pageant. Burton was supported by the Parliamentary Representative of Roseau Central, Melissa Skerrit. The Pageant was held on Thursday, February 16, 2023, at Carnival City, Dominica.
