Basseterre, St Kitts and Nevis: The Twin-Island Federation of St Kitts and Nevis has been putting in efforts to upgrade its Citizenship by Investment Programme and make it a perfect choice for investors and High Net-Worth Individuals. Recently, the government engaged with potential investors and promoted the nation as an investment destination in London, United Kingdom.

The head of the citizenship by investment unit of St Kitts and Nevis, Michael Martin, highlighted that the Sustainable Growth Fund, commonly known as the Fund Option, is designed to enhance the development of the country and its people during an Exclusive Luncheon held on March 6, 2023, at Taj Dubai Hotel, Burj Khalifa Street, Business Bay Dubai.

Castries, Saint Lucia: Saint Lucia has announced new reforms in its existing Citizenship by Investment Programme(CIP) for the upcoming year. To enlist, these changes include a reduction in investment amount for real estate, due diligence for a developer who will be applying under real estate and others, which will come into effect from January 1, 2023 onwards.
