Birmingham: The BIMM University, located in Birmingham, United Kingdom, will be having another of its regular performance at B: Eats on Tuesday, March 7, 2023. BIMM Institute is Europe’s largest, most connected music institute, with colleges based in vibrant musical cities across the UK and Europe.
Three of BIMM’s most talented female artists will be performing from 1 pm – 2 pm in the B: Eats Cafe to celebrate International Women’s Day. The female artists include Anita Quin, Gaby Kettle and Ellie Grice of Eighty Eighty Miles.
The University added that besides this event on Tuesday, they also have some great acts lined up during the coming months. The University also shared the list of events which are as follows:
March 7 – Anita Quinn, Gaby Kettle, Ellie Grice
April 4 – Abi Hudson, Gemma Ballam, James Norman
May 16- Lottie Blog, Mesha, Thea Watson
June 13 – Lorenka, Calino, Toby Marriott
July 4 – Culcha, Luke Pritchard, Tia Payne
The head of Careers and Industry at the BIMM Institute, Neil Ward, stated, “At BIMM Birmingham, we are always looking to find unique opportunities for the students and the B: Eats project has given our young and enthusiastic songwriters a safe space to perform out loud. We admire B: Music’s forward-thinking approach to events. The opportunity they have given us to curate this long-term residency will give over twenty of our developing artists more experience playing live. Through these performances, we hope BIMM & B: Music will shine a light on the new talent and will position them onto bigger and better shows with touring artists.”
