The Fitness Coach and Gym Community, Total Fitness Kilmarnock’s Co-founder, Craig Bryson, has been practising Football professionally for 20 years. He is a former Scottish Footballer who played at Midfield. He is now a fitness and conditioning coach with East Kilbride and Co-founder at Total Fitness Kilmarnock.
His career has taken him across the UK, playing for many clubs, such as Clyde, Kilmarnock, Derby County, Cardiff City, Aberdeen, St Johnstone, and Stenhousemuir.
In fact, he made 610 professional appearances on the field! His commitment to the game is undeniable. However, it’s not just about the games played; Craig said it’s about the lifestyle, mindset, and attitude that carried him through every challenge.
Some of the achievements of Footballer Craig are:-

- Won the Scottish Cup and League Cup Winner.
- He is well-known for his impressive Fitness levels.
- Promotion to the English Premier League with Cardiff in 2018.
During his football career, Craig also worked with the best S&C coaches in the field, who have given him so many tips and advice.
