On Tuesday, the Winner of the leadership contest will travel to Scotland to attend the meeting with Queen Elizabeth. This year Queen will not be able to travel to London due to mobility issues. The appointment meeting will be held on Tuesday in Scotland.

After weeks of Summer, results will be announced in a few hours. If appointed, the Long front runner in the race to replace Johnson since a 2015 election, Liz will be the Conservatives’ fourth Prime Minister.

The country has been facing the crisis for a long time, leading to a prolonged recession triggered by skyrocketing inflation, which hit 10.1 per cent in July.

Forty-seven-year-old Liz truss was foreign minister under Boris Johnson. Liz Truss has promised to tackle all the problems and Living crises in the country. Truss said that within a week, she would devise a plan to tackle rising energy bills and secure future fuel supplies.

During the leadership campaigning, Liz said she would challenge convention by pitching tax boosts and cutting other things, which is described as fuel inflation by economists.

That, plus a commitment to check the remit of the Bank of England while safeguarding its sovereignty, has prompted some investors to dump the pound and government bonds.
