United Kingdom: A Charitable Community that supports the freedom and rights of LGBTQIA+ people, Norwich Pride extended their pleasure to volunteers for their support. They honoured the volunteers for their hard work and contributions to organise events.
They shared that their exceptional individuals offer their time and considerable talents to bring the Community forward.
They recognised the work of their team members. They highlighted that the Trustees, Patrons and Organising Teamwork year-round to support the Community, protest against prejudice, and be a voice for change.
They added, “Our amazing group of Norwich Pride March and Events Day volunteers make Norwich Pride happen. We literally couldn’t do it without them.”
Further, the Norwich Pride Community shared that It takes well over a hundred volunteers on the day to bring their community the March and Entertainment.
“Their care, dedication and skills are the reason thousands of people can enjoy the day, so we needed to say a big “THANK YOU,” the Community asserted.
Furthermore, the Community also invited All the volunteers for a celebration party at GBK Norwich. They also shared some of the highlights of the day.
The Norwich Pride Community especially mentioned their outstanding members, Laszlo and his team at GBK. They shared that Laszalo and his team have supported them incredibly during Norwich Pride 2023.
From hosting their planning meetings with generous discounts to their fabulous recent party, the volunteers made every event possible. The Community thanked them for being such an ally to them.
At last, the Norwich Pride Community thanked Burton Photography U.K. for these moments of joy. “When we were all relaxing and enjoying the party, they were still working on capturing memories,” they asserted.
Previously, the Norwich Community congratulated the Proud Canaries group celebrating its 10th anniversary.
The Community highlighted Proud Canaries as the first LGBTQIA+ fan group in the country to be officially recognised by Norwich City FC when they welcomed the group to its fan family.
They often have a drink before and after home games at Lollards Pit Pub and sometimes attend away games together, meeting up with other clubs’ LGBTQIA+ fans whenever they can.
A vital element of the group is the regular dialogues with the Club’s management and links with other supporter groups to work together to combat discrimination and champion inclusion.
