UK: MP John Lamont feels pleasure to receive Youth Advocacy Award from Selkirk Scout Group

United Kingdom: Scottish Conservative Party Politician and Member of Parliament for Berwickshire, Roxburgh and Selkirk, John Lamont, joined the fantastic Selkrik Scout Group on Saturday, June 3, 2023, and felt the honour to receive Youth Advocacy Award from the scouts.

Scottish Conservative Party Politician and Member of Parliament for Berwickshire, Roxburgh and Selkirk, John Lamont, took to his social media recently to express his pleasure and gratitude over joining the Selkirk Scout Group on Saturday, June 3, 2023, and to watch the number of kids learning some new skills and performing various activities and adventures. 

MP John also shared the honour of receiving the Youth Advocacy Award from them. Also, he expressed his gratitude and pleasure to the Selkirk Scout Group, which undergoes several activities and adventures for the kids to learn about new skills and encouraged them positively to get involved in it. He also shared some glimpses from his visit to the Selkrik Scout Group, engaging with the children in various activities, watching them learn new skills and activities, and holding very excited discussions with them.

While expressing his gratitude and pleasure to the Selkirk Scouts Group, a Governmental Charitable organisation that aims to serve the children by organising various activities for the children, MP John shared that these scouts have made a positive impact locally and also encouraged them to learn about the new things and get involved in it actively.

Further, MP John also expressed his pleasure to the Selkirk Scout Group. He shared that it was joyous and fantastic for him to join the scouts’ group. He was also deeply pleasured over receiving a Youth Advocacy Award from the little scouts, who actively participated in all the activities with him and made his day fantastic.
