UK: MP Caroline Lucas congratulates students for receiving their results

The Former Co-leader of the Green Party of England and Wales and the Member of Parliament for Brighton Pavilion in the United Kingdom, Caroline Lucas, extended her pleasure and pride and congratulated the students and teachers for receiving their results this month on Thursday, August 17, 2023.

Reportedly, two weeks ago, many graduation students from A-Level, BTEC and T-Level received their results. This time, the students have scored higher marks as compared to the previous year’s results, which is the highest achievement and is a matter of pride for all the teachers and parents in the United Kingdom.

The Former Co-leader of the Green Party of England and Wales and the Member of Parliament for Brighton Pavilion in the United Kingdom, Caroline Lucas, joined in congratulating all the students from A-Level, BTEC and T-Level for receiving their results.

While extending his pride, MP Caroline said, “Huge congrats to all receiving A-Level, BTEC & T-Level results today – students (and teachers) have shown such courage & resilience.”

“I hope all those in #brighton & #hove, and across the country, got the results they were hoping for today – and best wishes on your next steps, whatever they may be.”

Further, she mentioned various recognised educational institutions, including Bhasvic Student Services, Varndean College, Brighton Metropolitan College, etc. and extended her pleasure towards them.

Notably, the stats from the previous year’s results of 2022 graduation students have been raised above in the graph. MP Caroline extended her pleasure and wished the students all the best for their future endeavours.

Several other Delegates and MPs from the United Kingdom also joined to congratulate and honour the graduation students.

Here are the stats from the previous year’s performances by students:

  • 91% of UK 18-year-old university applicants got their first/insurance choice.
  • 27.2% of A-level entries are A or higher, more than in 2019.
  •  90.5% of T-level students passed.
  • 16,530 students who had free school meals got a place at university, up 60% from 2019.
