UK: Lifestylist Coach Georgia Johnson congratulates Sophie for accomplishing her Fat loss journey

The United Kingdom-based lifestyle Coach, identified as Georgia Johnson Lifestyle, extended her pleasure to coach 70 kg heavier Sophie through the final chapter of her fat loss journey. She shared that Sophie had lost 40kg through her hard work and efforts.

While sharing the Journey of Sophie, who was once 70 kgs heavier, her lifestyle Coach, Georgia Johnson, was ecstatic to coach her through the final chapter of her fat loss journey.

As per Georgia, Sophie reached out at the start of the year as her weight loss progress had hit a plateau, and she wanted support to get past this.

She’d been working on her weight loss alone for a couple of years prior and managed to lose 40kg through her efforts. But then progress started to stall, and she wasn’t sure what to do to take the next step in her journey.

That’s when she reached out, joined the team and has lost another 30kg since. Lifestylist Georgia shared what this woman (Sophie) has achieved this year.

“A massive pat on the back to Sophie for her commitment throughout this huge journey and putting herself in a much healthier position to live her life ahead, with no limitations,” she remarked.

Further, Georgia also shared that Sophie could have done half of the things she now does three years ago when she was 70kg heavier.

She was extremely delighted for Sophie for her outstanding accomplishment. She also thanked her for being a delight to coach and bringing positive vibes to their community and others.

She also mentioned that the girls are so proud of her and looking forward to guiding her through the next chapter of her journey to set herself up for long-term results.

Furthermore, she congratulated her for stepping outside her comfort zone yet again and completing a photo shoot at the weekend.
