St Kitts and Nevis: Prime Minister Dr Terrance Drew extends his pleasure and gratitude to meet with the 29th Lieutenant General of Ontario, Elizabeth Dowdeswell, during his visit to Canada on Monday, September 11, 2023.

Reportedly, Prime Minister Dr Terrance Drew was on an official visit to Canada for the St Kitts and Nevis Association of Toronto Pre-Independence Celebration Cultural Extravaganza held in Toronto on Sunday, September 10, 2023.

Prime Minister Dr Terrance Drew also met other delegations, including the Permanent Secretary in the Prime Minister’s office, Mr Glenroy Blenchette.

He also discussed several ways to strengthen their relationship and was grateful for the opportunity to get in touch with them.

Prime Minister Dr Terrance shared some glimpses on his official social media handle. He was pleased to meet several delegations in Canada. The Delegations also warmly welcomed the Prime Minister of St Kitts and Nevis and looked forward to several opportunities to enhance their relationship.

The Prime Minster felt grateful and honoured. In his official Facebook caption, he wrote, Greetings,

“It was a pleasure meeting with Hon. Elizabeth Dowdeswell, the 29th Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, today, during my official visit to Canada for the St. Kitts and Nevis Association of Toronto Pre-Independence Celebration Cultural Extravaganza which was held yesterday, Sunday, September 10.”

“In her role as the representative of His Majesty The King, she carries out vital constitutional and ceremonial duties, fostering healthy citizen and community engagements.”

“Permanent Secretary in the Prime Minister’s Office, Mr Glenroy Blanchette, was also present at the meeting,” he continued.

In conclusion, Prime Minister Dr Terrance glanced upon the friendly ties between St Kitts and Nevis and Canada. “Grateful for the opportunity to connect and strengthen ties between our nations!” he asserted.
