St Kitts and Nevis: PM Drew delivers feature address at BLP 84th Conference and Awards Ceremony

St Kitts and Nevis: Prime Minister Dr Terrance Drew felt delighted to deliver a feature address at the Barbados Labour Party’s 84th Conference and Awards Ceremony. He congratulated all the awardees and thanked BLP Members and Barbados Prime Minister Mia Mottley for having him.

Prime Minister Dr Terrance Drew has been invited to deliver the feature address at the Barbados Labour Party’s 84th Conference and Awards Ceremony. 

At the event, he was overwhelmed by being introduced by various delegations. He also took to his official social media handle Yesterday (Sunday), October 30, 2023, to extend his pleasure.

On his Official Facebook handle, Prime Minister Dr Terrance added, “I was touched by the heartwarming introduction given by Hon. Davidson Ishmael, Minister of Industry, Innovation, Science and Technology, and the warm welcome by the executive and members of the Barbados Labour Party (BLP).” 

He also shared some glimpses from the event and honoured all the awardees and delegations of the event. 

“Congratulations once again to all of the awardees and to the BLP. Special thank you to the Leader of the BLP, Prime Minister Hon. Mia Mottley, the executive, and members of the BLP for having me. I look forward to further collaborations,” Prime Minister Dr Terrance asserted.

Reportedly, the Barbados Labour Party 84th Annual Conference was a three-day event held from Friday, October 27, 2023, to October 29, 2023, at the Daryll Jordan Secondary School, Trents St, Lucy.

Following is the Schedule of the three days event:-

1. Friday, October 27, 2023- Recognition and Awards Ceremony at 7 pm
2. Saturday, October 28, 2023- The Political Leaders Address, 4:30 pm, BLP Karaoke Finals.
3. Sunday, October 29, 2023- Service of Thanksgiving, Interactive Breakout Sessions and Tropical Discussions.
