St Kitts and Nevis: The Head of the Citizenship by Investment Unit, Michael Martin, has introduced significant changes in its Citizenship by Investment Programme to attract and benefit its investors seeking investment benefits.

The Head of the Citizenship by Investment Unit, Michael Martin, has been working consistently to upgrade and enhance the programme and help the investors attain all the privileges of a developing nation.

The Citizenship By Investment Programme aims to undertake the nation’s sustainability and prosper its local citizens and investors through time to time upgradations.

The investors could enjoy the benefits through the various advanced investment options that it offers. They also get a chance to settle themselves with families and their businesses.

Since Head Michael’s appointment in December 2022, he has left no stone unturned. He has remained dedicated to bringing positivity to the CBI programme. He has worked consistently to maintain it’s integrity and credibility. He has also remained determined to make the programme flourish and reach new heights.

With these remarkable contributions of Head Michael, St Kitts and Nevis have achieved the top ranking in the CBI Index 2023 for holding the best Citizenship by Investment Programme in the world, leaving Dominica and Saint Lucia placed at second and third positions, respectively.

Apart from that, his prime focus is maintaining the programme’s Due Diligence. Under the Due Diligence option, he has implemented several stages, including the applicant’s proper background check and Face-to-face interviews to ensure that only valuable and worthy individuals get citizenship of the nation.

Further, He has also introduced the programme’s Sustainable Island State Contribution investment option, under which the funds generated through it would be used to enhance several sectors of the nation.

This investment option provides the investors with a minimum investment of up to US $250,000 for a single applicant.
