“Amidst thousands of businesses all over Scotland, England, and Wales, this award is a great honour for the community of South Ayrshire,” said the owners of the Smoking Goat.

The venue will now compete against all other county winners across the UK for the main prize, with the awards ceremony set to take place in London in June.

The venue expressed their surprise at the announcement, as they were among many other fantastic venues in South Ayrshire.

They extend their gratitude to their customers for their continued support and to the hard-working team for their dedication as well as efforts in making this possible.

The National Pub & Bar Awards bring much-needed recognition to the industry, and this announcement is a testament to the venue’s excellence and the commitment of the team behind it.

The annual event recognized a total of 94 venues as the best in their respective counties, striving to showcase the positive and inspiring work being carried out around the hospitality industry of the UK.
