On 22 August, Olivia pratt was severely injured in her chest, and while her mother was saving her daughter Olivia, she was wounded in her wrist.

Ex drug dealer who was on his bail was an actual intended target of the attack by a gunman.

After seeing the CCTV footage, Det Ch Supt Mark Kameen said that those protecting the culprit who brutally killed the nine-year-old girl and officers would do “everything legitimately possible” to bring them to justice.

In addition, Det Ch Supt Mark Kameen said that “It is beyond my understanding why anyone would protect a person who is responsible for killing a nine-year-old little girl”.

Earlier during the press conference, Det Ch Supt Kameen issued a direct plea to people hiding or disposing of their guns.

During the press conference, Det Ch Supt Kameen added, “I understand you may be afraid of telling us, but I want you to do the right thing for Olivia and tell us where they are right now,” he said.

“If you are hiding the guns or any kind of illegal thing and are hiding from us, I place you in the same category as the vile man responsible for the [killing].”And we will hunt you too.”

In the CCTV footage, the gunman was seen wearing a black balaclava with a peak and black gloves with a black padded jacket, and he was described as about 5ft 7in (1.7m), with a slim build.

Det Ch Supt Kameen said that “This is the man we are hunting for. We need to know where he went that night or did you see him in the area?” he said.“This man is toxic.“He is harmful to our communities, and if you protect him, he is toxic to you and your family.”
