A court heard how, on Friday, July 8, a young woman was leaving a toilet cubicle in Leeds Station when she saw a camera flash. She looked up and saw Foster leaning over from the booth next door with a phone in his hand.

Jordan Foster from Leeds breached the sexual harm prevention order and admitted voyeurism.

He was given a further order at Leeds Crown Court and must sign the sex offenders register for seven years.

British Transport Police said Foster had entered the toilets on the main concourse at about 21:30 BST, with the victim alerting other women after spotting Foster.

She said that she asked Foster to give her his phone, but he managed to run off from the place.

Det Con Gregg Whittaker, the investigating officer during the case, said that this case is a disgusting invasion of privacy in someone’s life.

In addition, Det Con Gregg Whittaker, the investigating officer, said, “The fact that Foster breached the sexual harm prevention order he had received for a previous offence meant a custodial sentence was inevitable”.

“I hope this punishment to Foster will allow him to reflect on his sordid behaviour, the impact on his victim and ultimately prevent him from reoffending,” he said.
