Johnny Depp, shocked the fans with surprise performance with Jeff Beck
Johnny Depp, an American actor, made a surprise appearance during an ongoing concert in the United Kingdom on Sunday. The event was organized in the English city of Sheffield for a special performance alongside Jeff Beck, who is currently touring in the UK.
Depp and Beck rocked the stage with their duet performance. The pair sang the “Isolation”, a remake of the John Lennon Song released in 1970; Jimi Hendrix’s “Little Wing”, and covers of Marvin Gay’s “What’s Going On”.
It is also presumed that Depp may also collaborate with Beck in his next shows in London at Royal Albert Hall on May 30 and 31.
Depp’s fans were surprised and overwhelmed with joy on social media after seeing his passionate performance with Beck suddenly after the final arguments of the defamation trial. His followers also liked the newly dyed hair much lighter during his court appearances.
Some social media users remarked about his surprise appearance and said: “I didn’t realize Friday was the last day for Depp in Virginia. He is performing with Jeff Beck in the UK today. So, onward for him.”
A second asked, “Who’d have thought Johnny Depp would be with Jeff Beck in Sheffield?”
A third added: “He finally gets to breathe and do what he loves! Good for him.”
But not all were impressed, calling out the actor for his actions following the defamation case.
They said: “So Johnny Depp is on tour with Jeff Beck. That’s the domestic abuse victim waiting for his defamation case verdict. The one who’s been cancelled.”
As per the sources, Depp began his career as a musician before becoming an actor. He joined the supergroup Hollywood Vampires with Alice Cooper and Joe Perry in 2015.
Depp is currently on a break from his high-profile court case against his ex-wife Amber Heard which is nearing its conclusion as the jury deliberates. Depp is suing Heard for defamation for $50 million in damages; his ex is counter-suing for double that amount. The televised case has been ongoing since April 11, with a decision expected as early as Tuesday.
