The Citizenship by Investment Unit (CIU) of St Kitts & Nevis has been continuous on the path of reaching development goals and ensuring its platinum standard. The above mentioned achievement was only fulfilled under the leadership of the Head of the St Kitts and Nevis Citizenship by Investment Unit, Michael Martin.
It is to be noted that St Kitts and Nevis have been continuing with the streak of being the pioneer of the global investor immigration industry from around 40 years. Being recognized for being the oldest in the citizenship industry, the CIU of St Kitts and Nevis under the vision of Michael Martin, has been working to enhance its scale. Moreover, Michael Martin has also been considering the smart policies to ensure that the programme continues to be the benchmark in the industry.
Notably, under the supervision of Michael Martin, CIU has been crafting the policies to meet the sole requirements of the High-Net-Worth individuals. Referring to which, it has taken several steps, which include the introduction of the Limited Time Offer that is applicable to the Sustainable Growth Fund investment option (SGF) of the Citizenship by Investment Programme of St Kitts & Nevis. The Limited Time Offer (LTO) was started on January 1, 2023 and will be ending on June 30, 2023. One of the key benefit of this offer is that by making an investment of only US$125,000 into the Sustainable Growth Fund, a qualified individual can be awarded citizenship within time period of only 60 days.
Alongside, the policies designed by CIU, Michael Martin has been putting more focus on ensuring enhancement of the efficiency as well as effectiveness of the Sustainable Growth Fund (SGF) of the Citizenship by Investment Programme of St Kitts & Nevis. CIU Head Martin stated that the SGF is designed for boosting development in the nation.
While noting to the importance of the Sustainable Growth Fund, he mentioned that, “The funds that are generated through SGF directly goes into national development. It is a very significant option in our CBI industry.”
