- The Residences at Secret Bay witnessed significant growth in terms of investors as the data hiked from 41 to 103 between Q2 of 2021 and Q2 of 2022. It contributed to the 151 per cent increase.
- From the Q4 of 2019 to Q2 of 2022, the total Return on Investment stood at the US $1 million, with the average ROI being 3.6%. While adjusting for the working days, the Return on Investment grew by 7%.
- Between 2019 and 2022, the count of villas also witnessed growth. It is also expected that this count will double in size by the end of 2024 and reach 28 villas.
- In 2022, the rate of operating occupancy jumped to 90 per cent, which was 58.9 per cent in 2019.
- The Average Daily Rate (ADR) also witnessed growth as it jumped to $1000 from $857 from 2019 to 2022.
- There was also a wave in the number of employees from the Q4 of 2019 to Q3 of 2022. It has increased from 33 to 104, contributing to a 215% increase.
- Non-CBI transactions accounted for 36% of revenue, including The Residences setting Dominica’s price record with the sale of a US $7.2M multi-villa mix in 2021.
