Armenia confirms 21 new cases of COVID-19 in 24 hours

National Centre for Disease Control and Prevention reported Armenia confirmed 21 new cases of global coronavirus on Monday, and the total number of these cases has reached about 422,328 in the country.

Three more deaths from COVID-19 were also registered; a total of 8,598 fatalities due to coronavirus are confirmed in the country.

As per the reports, Armenia recorded one more case of coronavirus patients dying from some other in the past day, and the overall death toll in the country is 1,670 now.

The number of people who have been cured in the past day is 73, the total number so far is 409,430, and the number of people currently being treated is 2,630 – 56 less than the previous day.

And on the last day, Armenia conducted 1,752 COVID-19 tests, while 2,952,590 such tests have been done so far.

Armenia has administered at least 2,042,616 doses of COVID vaccines so far. Assuming every person needs 2 doses, that’s enough to have vaccinated about 34.5% of the country’s population.
